About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Mobile Software Engineer to lead the development of Flowna’s native mobile applications for Android and iOS.
You’ll work closely with Product, Design, Backend, and AI teams to build secure, high-performance mobile experiences that users trust with their finances.

What you'll do
- Develop and maintain native mobile applications for Android and iOS.
- Build beautiful, intuitive, and high-performing user experiences.
- Integrate secure APIs and financial data services.
- Implement authentication, biometric login, and mobile security best practices.
- Build reusable and scalable mobile components.
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and battery usage.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code.
- Participate in architecture and technical decision-making.
- Collaborate closely with Product Designers and Backend Engineers.
- Ensure applications meet high standards for security, accessibility, and usability.
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile application architecture (MVVM, Clean Architecture).
- Experience consuming REST APIs.
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Strong debugging and performance optimization skills.
- Experience publishing applications to the App Store and Google Play.
- Experience writing automated tests.
Nice to Have
- Experience building fintech or banking applications.
- Experience with payment systems or Open Banking APIs.
- Experience integrating AI-powered features.
- Knowledge of Firebase services.
- Experience working in startup environments.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
